Position- RPA Engineer (UiPath)
Location: Remote
Employment: Full-time
Work model: 16x5 support; rotational shift initially → transitions to development-focused role with occasional ops backup
Job Description:
Manage end-to-end UiPath automation pipelines, integrate DevOps practices, and ensure deployment, monitoring and operational stability across Orchestrator and AWS. Act as the technical partner to RPA developers and IT/ops teams.
Key responsibilities
- Deploy and manage UiPath bots, assets and versions across Dev/UAT/Prod.
- Configure and maintain UiPath Orchestrator (tenants, robot provisioning, queues).
- Integrate UiPath with ServiceNow, APIs, SharePoint and other systems.
- Build monitoring, alerting and robust error-handling for automation workflows.
- Use JIRA for tracking and Confluence for documentation/knowledge sharing.
- Manage scalable UiPath environments on AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, CloudWatch).
- Troubleshoot issues, manage access/credentials securely, and follow compliance controls.
- Participate in rotational ops shifts during onboarding; primarily focus on development thereafter.
Required skills & experience
- 4+ years in RPA (minimum 2 years with UiPath).
- Strong UiPath Studio & Orchestrator expertise.
- Solid Python scripting skills; familiarity with .NET/VBA.
- Hands-on AWS experience (EC2, Lambda, S3, CloudWatch).
- Experience with JIRA, ServiceNow, Confluence.
- Excellent troubleshooting, documentation and stakeholder communication skills.
- UiPath certifications preferred (e.g., AARD, Solution Architect).

- Integrated automation solutions (ServiceNow/API integrations).
- Monitoring dashboards, runbooks, and Confluence knowledge base.
