Role – Dynamics 365 DeveloperExperience – 3+ yearsLocation – Jaipur | Pune | BangaloreJob Description:• Gather requirements from the client• Proactively builds and manages relationship with client management• Developing business cases, project plans and project documentation.• Deliver projects/work on-time, on-budget, and in a way that accomplishes client goals• Reviews and ensures high quality of work is delivered• Meets deadlines and manages competing priorities under pressure• Apply creative thinking to identify possible reporting solution alternatives• Travel to client locations as per the project and/or client needsMust Have:• 3+ years of project experience and minimum 2+ years in Power Platform development andcustomizations• Deep understanding of D365 capabilities, architecture, and deployment of online solutions• Excellent understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 modules including Sales, Service,Marketing, and Field Service• Experience driving Dynamics CRM implementations through all project phases: discovery,definition, build, test, and deploy• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform including:o PowerApps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps)o Power Automateo Power BIo Power Pageso Copilot Studio (formerly Power Virtual Agents)• Proficiency with:o C#, CRM SDK, Web APIs, Azure Functionso JavaScript, SQL, SSRS, SSISo Plugins, Custom Workflows, Batch Jobso 3rd-party API integrations• Experience integrating CRM with other business systems/applications• Ability to assist functional resources/business analysts with requirements and providedesign guidance for mid to large-sized D365 CRM projects• Proficiency in OOB customizations such as:o Business Rules, Workflows, Actionso Security roles and configurations• Good knowledge in code and project management using Azure DevOps• Experience with Power Apps component framework (PCF)Good to Have:• Experience using Copilot Studio for building conversational bots and AI-driven virtual agents• Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Power Platform certifications• Experience with AI Builder and integrating AI capabilities into Power Platform solutions• Familiarity with Power Platform governance and Center of Excellence (CoE) toolkitDesired Candidate Skills:• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills• Strong understanding of current IT trends and technologies• Broad IT knowledge including network administration, computer support, and softwaredevelopment• Strong client communication and consulting skills• Experience mentoring junior team members• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and business analysis skills• Comfortable leading workshops, design reviews, executive presentations, and stakeholdermeetings• Experience in delivering end-to-end reporting solutions• Willingness to travel to client locations when needed• Detail-oriented and focused on deliverablesKey Skills: Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Copilot Studio (Power Virtual Agents), Azure DevOpsInterested candidate can share cv at sulabh.tailang@celebaltech.com
