About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented IT Services Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in driving our growth by building and managing a robust sales pipeline for our IT services, with a focus on solutions related to Coupa, ERP, and Salesforce. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, a deep understanding of enterprise software and services sales, and strong relationships with C-level executives. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, developing compelling business propositions, and closing large deals in international Pipeline Development and Management:

- Continuously build and manage a robust 'Services' sales pipeline with a target of USD 5 Million/PA.

- Identify and qualify new leads through proactive outreach, networking, and market research.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and pipeline status in CRM.

Client Engagement and Relationship Management:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior and C-level executives in medium and large companies.

- Understand customers' unique and specific pain points and develop tailored solutions.

- Lead in-person client presentations, including information discovery sessions, product demonstrations, and proposal presentations.

- Proactively engage with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Solution Development and Proposal Generation:

- Collaborate with technical teams to develop compelling business propositions and solutions.

- Create high-quality sales collaterals, including presentations, proposals, and RFPs.

- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our IT services to potential clients.

Strategic Growth and Collaboration:

- Work closely with the Leadership Team to provide input on the growth of the business and align revenue strategy with overall company objectives.

- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies.

- Contribute to the refinement of sales processes and methodologies.

RFP Management and Vendor Registrations:

- Manage the entire RFP process, from initial review to final submission, ensuring compliance and accuracy.

- Handle vendor registration processes for various client organizations.

Deal Closure and Contract Negotiation:

- Lead contract negotiations and close large deals in the range of $1M to $2M.

- Ensure smooth handoff to the delivery team for successful project execution.

International Sales and Social Selling:

- Leverage experience in international markets to expand our global client base.

- Utilize social selling strategies to build relationships and generate leads.

REQUIREMENTS AND Minimum 5-15 years of experience in enterprise software sales, with a strong emphasis on IT services sales to large and medium-sized clients.

- Proven experience in closing large deals in the range of $1M to $2M.

- Strong experience in social sites sales.

- Experience in international markets is a must.

Industry Knowledge:

- In-depth understanding of IT services, particularly in areas related to Coupa, ERP, and Salesforce.

- Strong existing relationships with senior and C-level executives in medium and large companies.

Skills:

- Exceptional in-person, verbal, and written communication and presentation skills.

- Proven ability to create compelling sales collaterals and proposals.

- Strong negotiation and closing skills.

- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.

- Proven experience in RFP management & Vendor registrations.
