Exciting things are happening at Innefu and we are all game for a big leap forward.Job Description:As a Senior Python Developer at Innefu Lab, you will be involved in all aspects of the software development life cycle, from requirements analysis to deployment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that meet client needs and industry standards. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited. Key Responsibilities:Lead the design, development, and maintenance of robust Python applications.Hands on experience in Elastic Search, ETL Framework. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.Mentor junior developers, providing guidance and technical leadership.Ensure code quality through best practices, code reviews, and testing.Identify and troubleshoot performance issues, optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability.Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.2 to 5+ years of experience in Python development, with a strong focus on Core Python.Proven experience in a Senior or Lead Developer role.Proficient in software development best practices, design patterns, and code quality standards.Familiarity with frameworks such as Django or Flask is a plus.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.NOTE: Immediate joiner will be preferred.
