Job Summary :

We are seeking a talented and passionate UI/UX Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and engaging user interfaces and experiences for our web and mobile applications. You will collaborate with designers, developers, and product managers to translate user needs and business requirements into effective and visually appealing designs. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, front-end development technologies, and a keen eye for :

User Interface (UI) Design & Development :

- Develop and implement user interface designs that are visually appealing, user-friendly, and consistent with brand guidelines.

- Create interactive prototypes and wireframes to demonstrate design concepts and user flows.

- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable front-end code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relevant frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).

- Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility of UI designs.

- Implement responsive design principles to create seamless user experiences across various screen sizes.

User Experience (UX) Design & Research :

- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and identify areas for improvement.

- Develop user personas, user journeys, and information architecture to inform design decisions.

- Analyze user feedback and data to optimize user experience and improve user satisfaction.

- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define user requirements and translate them into effective design solutions.

- Conduct A/B testing.

Collaboration & Communication :

- Work closely with designers, developers, and product managers to ensure seamless integration of UI/UX designs.

- Communicate design concepts and rationale effectively to stakeholders.

- Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends and technologies.

Design System & Standards :

- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of design systems and style guides.

- Ensure consistency and adherence to UI/UX standards across all products and platforms.

- Promote best practices in UI/UX design and :

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- Proven experience as a UI/UX Developer or similar role.

- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design and development skills.

- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relevant front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).

- Experience with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch).

- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.

- Experience with user research and usability testing.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

- Understanding of responsive design.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with mobile app design (iOS and Android).

- Knowledge of accessibility guidelines (WCAG).

- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).

- Experience with animation libraries.
