The ideal candidate should possess advanced diamond assessment skills, proven GIA lab experience, and the ability to ensure precision and consistency across all grading parameters.Key Responsibilities:* Perform Primary and Secondary grading for loose diamonds as per GIA and company standards.* Accurately assess Color, Clarity, daimond Cut, and Carat weight (4Cs) with a focus on precision and consistency.* Verify and cross-check grading reports prepared by junior graders.* Identify complex inclusions, blemishes, and internal characteristics with high accuracy.* Participate in quality control reviews and final verification before certification.* Provide feedback, guidance, and mentoring to junior graders to maintain uniform grading quality.* Maintain confidentiality, integrity, and consistency in all grading operations.Requirements:* Minimum 4 years of experience as a Diamond Grader with Primary & Secondary grading exposure.* GIA Lab experience is mandatory.* Excellent knowledge of diamond grading parameters and standards.* Strong observation, focus, and microscope proficiency.* Good communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
