Learn more at foreai.co.Role DescriptionWe’re looking for a detail-oriented and curious Product Ops Associate to join our operations team. You’ll play a critical role in applying our AI tool to real-world scenarios — creating and refining test cases for customer demos and improving the quality of our model through thoughtful feedback and iteration. This is a remote contract position in India, with the opportunity to transition to a full-time employee role.What You’ll Do:Use our AI-powered tool to create intelligent test cases for customer demos and internal model training.Interact with web applications to simulate real user journeys and identify edge cases.Evaluate the tool’s performance and use built-in human override tools to guide or fix test cases when the AI needs support, applying judgment to ensure accuracy and reliability.Collaborate with product, engineering, and ML teams by providing feedback on tool behavior and test results.Help build a repository of high-quality, diverse test cases that improve our product over time.About you:You’ve recently completed a Master’s degree, or hold a Bachelor’s with some relevant experience (internships, side projects, QA, or product testing).You've a background in Product Management and Project Management to support and organize product initiativesYou’re tech-savvy and comfortable navigating modern web applications and tools. Familiarity with software development processes or previous exposure to the tech industry is a plusYou’re excited about AI, and eager to contribute to human-in-the-loop systems that make it better.You enjoy working in a collaborative team environment and want to make a real product better every day.
