We’re looking for a skilled Pan Asian CDP to join our catering kitchen team. You’ll take charge of your section, prepare authentic dishes across Asian cuisines, and ensure high standards of quality, taste, and presentation for premium events. This role requires strong technical skills, creativity in menu execution, while ensuring smooth kitchen operations.


Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook Pan Asian dishes (Chinese, Thai, Japanese, Korean, etc.).
  • Manage your kitchen section (wok, grill, sushi, dim sum, etc.).
  • Maintain mise en place and ensure smooth service during events.
  • Train and support junior kitchen staff.
  • Ensure hygiene, safety, and FSSAI compliance.
  • Assist in menu planning and development of Pan Asian offerings.


Qualifications

3–5 years’ kitchen experience with 1–2 years in Pan Asian cuisine.

Strong knowledge of wok cooking, stir-fry, grilling, steaming, and Asian flavors.

Ability to work under pressure during high-volume catering events.

Team player with leadership skills.

Culinary degree/diploma preferred.

Good communication skills
