Your expertise will be essential in driving organic growth, improving rankings, and maximizing the effectiveness of digital marketing strategies.Roles & Responsibilities:Keyword Research and Analysis:Conduct thorough keyword research to identify relevant and high-performing keywords.Analyze competitors and industry trends to stay ahead in search engine optimization.On-Page Optimization:Optimize website content, meta tags, headers, and other on-page elements for search engines.Implement SEO best practices to enhance the user experience and search engine crawlability.Technical SEO:Conduct technical audits to identify and resolve issues affecting website performance.Collaborate with the development team to implement technical SEO recommendations.Link Building:Develop and execute effective link-building strategies to improve domain authority.Establish partnerships and collaborations to acquire high-quality backlinks.Content Optimization:Work closely with content creators to ensure that content aligns with SEO goals.Optimize content for search engines while maintaining high-quality standards.Monitoring and Reporting:Monitor search engine rankings, organic traffic, and other key performance indicators.Provide regular reports with insights, recommendations, and performance analysis.Stay Updated on SEO Trends:Stay informed about industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging SEO technologies.Continuously enhance skills and strategies to adapt to the evolving SEO landscape.Lead generation and Tracking Lead generation occurs organically through websites and YouTube channels, while tracking is facilitated using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Proven 2+ years of experience as an SEO Specialist in the real estate industry.In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.Familiarity with SEO tools and analytics platforms.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work independently and in a team.
