Job Description: Digital Design Renderer (3d Artist)Location: Remote (India)Company: Metric Tree Labs (Contract placement for a US-based enterprise)Expected Experience: 6+ years POSITION SUMMARYMetric Tree Labs is seeking a skilled Digital Design Renderer to support a leading US-based enterprise. The role involves creating high-quality 2D and 3D renderings of consumer products for use across digital platforms, packaging, marketing materials, and lifestyle imagery. While product specifications, models, and drawings will be provided, the role may require additional 3D modelling, refinement, and compositing to ensure true-to-life visual outputs. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Create 2D and 3D renderings of product families in realistic environments (rooms, closets, furniture, lifestyle scenes, etc.).• Develop a working knowledge of client product ranges in order to develop digital photos displaying accurate usage of the products.• Develop thorough product understanding to generate digital imagery that reflects accurate usage, scale, and context.• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Marketing, and Product Management teams.• Coordinate with Design Configuration/Project Manager for requirement clarity and timely delivery.• Support development and maintenance of SOPs for digital asset production.• Suggest improvements to rendering workflows and digital asset creation.• Create realistic lifestyle imagery aligned with marketing requirements. QUALIFICATIONS & SKILL REQUIREMENTS• Strong attention to detail and realism.• Understanding of color theory, lighting, shading, and textures.• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.• Independent, proactive worker with good communication skills.• Strong mathematical and spatial reasoning capabilities.• Problem-solving ability and workflow interpretation. EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS• Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Industrial Design, 3D Animation, Computer Animation, or related fields. RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE• 6+ years experience with Luxion KeyShot or similar rendering tools.• 6+ years experience with CAD tools such as SolidWorks, Maya, Creo, Blender, etc. CORE COMPETENCIES• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)• Microsoft Office• Strong visualization and rendering capability
