Job Overview

Rubik Infotech Pvt Ltd. is seeking a Mid-Level Key Account Sales Executive based in Ahmedabad and Vadodara. This full-time position involves overseeing major accounts and ensuring their needs are met with Rubik Infotech's technology products and services. The role is crucial for building and maintaining strong customer relationships to drive business success.

Qualifications:

  • Engineering Background with Knowledge of Computer Science along with MBA would be preferred.
  • Freshers with Engineering Background looking to build their carrier in sales can also apply.

Skill:

  • Excellent customer relationship management skills (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong presentation skills to effectively communicate the value of our offerings (Mandatory skill).
  • Exceptional communication skills to interact with clients and stakeholders (Mandatory skill).
  • Proficient in B2B sales strategies and techniques for acquiring and managing business clients.
  • Experience in lead generation initiatives to grow the sales pipeline and secure new accounts.
  • Account management expertise to maintain relationships with existing customers seamlessly.
  • Prior experience in IT sales to understand and relate product offerings with client needs.
  • Ability to identify market trends and opportunities to enhance sales growth and client satisfaction.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's market share.
  • Work closely with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to convey product benefits to potential clients.
  • Analyze market trends and client needs to provide strategic input for product development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports to management on account activities and progress.
  • Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to closing, ensuring high conversion rates.
