Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP BPC Consultant with strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation. The role involves end-to-end implementation, configuration, and support of SAP BPC solutions (both Standard and Embedded models) to meet business requirements and improve financial performance management.


Key Responsibilities:

  • 4 – 12 Years Gather and analyze business requirements for Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Consolidation processes.
  • Design, configure, and implement SAP BPC (Standard/Embedded/Optimized for S/4HANA) solutions.
  • Develop data models, reports, input schedules, and dashboards for financial reporting and planning.
  • Work closely with Finance and Controlling (FICO) teams to integrate BPC with SAP ECC/S4 HANA.
  • Manage Master Data, Business Process Flows, and Security/User roles in BPC.
  • Perform consolidation tasks including ownership management, currency conversion, intercompany eliminations, and adjustments.
  • Support script logic, BAdIs, FOX formulas, and BW/BI integration.
  • Provide end-user training, documentation, and post-implementation support.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure system performance, enhancements, and upgrades.


Mandatory Skills:

  • Strong hands-on experience in SAP BPC 10.1/11.X (Standard and Embedded models).
  • Experience in Financial Consolidation (legal and management) and Planning applications.
  • Expertise in SAP BW/BI, data modeling, and integration.
  • Knowledge of script logic, BAdI implementation, and FOX formulas.
  • Experience in Business Process Flows (BPFs), input forms, and EPM/Analysis for Office.
  • Strong knowledge of finance processes (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Budgeting, Forecasting, Cost Center, Profit Center).


Good to Have (Preferred Skills)

  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting.
  • Exposure to SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC Planning).
  • Experience with HANA Studio, SQL scripting, and performance optimization.
  • Knowledge of integration with non-SAP systems.
  • Familiarity with Agile project methodologies.


Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field.

SAP BPC certification is an added advantage.
