About the job:Equity 360 is hiring a Financial Consultant to support our finance and investment banking operations. In this role, you’ll manage accounting, compliance, financial reporting, and audits for our clients, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across all financial functions.Experience Required: 2-5 YearsLocation: Noida, Sector-32Type of Employment: Full-TimeTime: 09:30AM - 06:30PMKey Responsibilities:You will work under the guidance of a senior CFO/Partner and will manage finance functions for assignedclient accounts. Responsibilities include:Accounting & ComplianceEnsure end-to-end accounting for client companies (using software like Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho, etc.)Handle GST, TDS, income tax compliance, and ROC filingsSupport and/or independently manage tax audits, statutory audits, PF/ESI audits, etc.Financial ReportingPrepare monthly/quarterly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)Create management reports and dashboardsAssist in variance analysis and reconciliation tasksAudit & Internal ControlsParticipate in and lead multiple audits (statutory, tax, internal)Draft audit reports and communicate with auditorsEnsure compliance with internal controls and accounting standardsFinancial Modelling & BudgetingPrepare basic financial models, projections, and budgetsPerform ratio analysis, break-even analysis, and other financial analysisSupport client decision-making with financial dataRequired Skills & Qualifications:B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)2–5 years of work experience in accounting, finance, and auditsStrong understanding of accounting standards, tax laws, and statutory complianceExposure to financial modelling, budgeting, and MIS reportingProficient in Tally, MS Excel, and cloud accounting platforms like Zoho Books or QuickBooksGood communication skills and ability to handle clients independentlyNice-to-Have:Experience in client servicing or working with multiple businessesKnowledge of startup finance and VC-funded company complianceWorking knowledge of tools like Zoho Analytics, Power BI, or Google SheetsDrop your resume at shubhanshi@equity360.in.
