About the ProjectWe’re looking for a detail-oriented Marketing designer to join Windward’s Marketing Design team. You’ll work closely with our Israel-based designers to adapt and execute visual materials for events, ensuring a consistent and high-impact brand presence across formats. This is a full-time role based in the Delhi area, reporting directly to the Marketing Creative & Design Director.Windward is a Maritime AI platform, helping organizations manage risk and optimize operations in the marine industry.This role is ideal for someone with experience in designing and managing large-scale event materials, such as booths and other large-format elements, signage, brochures, and swag.Required skills:5+ years of hands-on experience in both print and digital designDeep familiarity with production design and file preparation for printProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Google WorkspaceAbility to work within established brand guidelines and design systemsStrong attention to detail, layout, and typography — with a solid understanding of visual hierarchy and design systemsExcellent English communication skillsAbility to prioritize tasks and work independently in a remote setupExperience with AI-powered design tools is a plusWorkstyle:Full-time, based in the Gurgaon areaWorking on India hours, with flexibility when needed (e.G. occasionally swapping Fridays for Sundays)High autonomy and ownership — we value proactive, self-managed designers who can move projects forward independentlyScope of work:Apply and adapt existing design concepts to event materials — including booths, signage, brochures, and swag — ensuring our brand is clearly and consistently represented in physical spacesWork across digital and print to support marketing campaigns and day-to-day needsProduce high-quality visual assets using Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, and Google SlidesCreate presentation templates and occasionally support visual organization of key decks in Google SlidesCollaborate with designers, writers, and marketers to deliver clear, on-brand designsManage your time independently and meet tight deadlines with confidence
