Driven by technology and innovation, we’re expanding into new categories while remaining committed to improving last-mile connectivity and empowering livelihoods at scale.We are not an option; we are a choiceJob Summary:The Associate Manager - Operations at Rapido is a key role responsible for supporting and assisting the Regional Manager in overseeing the day-to-day activities within a department or operational area. This position requires strong organizational and analytical skills, as well as the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, optimize processes, and ensure operational efficiency. This role plays a crucial role in driving performance, meeting targets, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.. On Ground activities and implementation of activities and ensuring ROI is one of the key objectives.Job Responsibilities:● Implementation: The candidate will be required to design processes, optimize operations and effectively launch and implement various operations strategies for the company. The candidate willproactively collect feedback and will be responsible for tweaking processes to make them robust. Analyze data to optimize utilization, pricing and growth.● Analyze demand and supply dynamics and generate supply to satisfy market demand and achieve optimal levels of driver productivity.·● Plan BTL (Below the line) marketing activities as a part of new Supply & Demand acquisition● Able to strategize projects to increase city performance and constantly innovate the process flow of our operations● Track competitor’s movement in the market as a proactive measure and understand the distinctive strategies adopted by them and plan counter strategies to retain the existing supply base.● Provide on ground VOC - (Voice of Captains/customer) and ensure that the correct feedback is passed on to the central/strategy team● People management: Manage the Biz Ops to ensure best practices for implementation of different projects.Job Requirements:● 4+ years of experience in relevant industry (preferably in Category, Operations or Process Excellence teams)● Strong Analytical and Problem solving skills- Startup Cultural Fit willingness to learn, to innovate, to take initiative, to think beyond conventional dogma, ability to work in a flat organization● Hustler i.e. one who can go to any lengths to get the job done- Proven track record of finding innovative solutions to business problems● Should have handled a team and blue collar employees●This role requires one to be street smart and can figure out alternatives in a very strict timeline and budget● Excellent written and verbal communication skillsWhat’s there for you?Operations is the focal team responsible for building businesses at Rapido.
