Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management

  • Manage and maintain the companys presence across major platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Plan, schedule, and publish posts to maintain a consistent content flow and engagement.
  • Grow followers/subscribers and increase engagement through meaningful interaction and consistent presence.

Copywriting & Caption Writing

  • Create compelling copy and captions for posts across all social media platforms that align with our brands tone and voice.
  • Develop creative messages for social media campaigns, ensuring consistency in messaging.
  • Write engaging taglines, slogans, and product descriptions that resonate with the audience.

Customer, Influencer Engagement & ORM

  • Monitor and manage the companys online reputation by addressing reviews and comments across platforms, including Amazon, Flipkart, D2C sites, and social media.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries from customers and influencers to maintain strong engagement.
  • Manage relationships with influencers, tracking collaboration performance to enhance brand visibility.
  • Engage actively with tagged posts and barter collaborations to amplify visibility and community interaction.
  • Participate in trending conversations by leaving witty and creative comments aligned with Alpinos fun, quirky voice.
  • Maintain and manage reports related to influencer activities and monitor the impact on brand growth.

Innovation, Strategy & Team Collaboration

  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends and incorporate them into our strategy.
  • Brainstorm and implement creative campaigns with the marketing and design teams to ensure consistent branding.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including influencers, product managers, and designers, to execute successful campaigns.
  • Drive innovation by experimenting with new ideas, ensuring Alpino stays ahead in the market.
  • Ensure smooth communication and alignment across all teams for seamless campaign execution.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and analyze social media performance metrics to evaluate campaign success.
  • Provide regular performance reports with actionable insights to optimize future campaigns.
  • Review content, images, and videos across social media and e-commerce platforms to ensure alignment with brand objectives.
