The role demands strong technical expertise, leadership in managing teams, and the ability to align platform capabilities with business goals. The individual will also be responsible for mentoring developers, overseeing project execution, and ensuring governance, quality, and scalability of the ServiceNow ecosystem.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage a team of ServiceNow developers, administrators, and architects.Define and implement best practices, standards, and governance across ServiceNow projects.Oversee solution design, development, integration, and deployment of ServiceNow modules.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.Drive hiring, training, and upskilling initiatives within the ServiceNow team.Ensure compliance with SLAs, performance KPIs, and security standards.Provide thought leadership on platform enhancements, upgrades, and roadmap planning.Manage stakeholder communication and provide regular status reporting to leadership.Required Skills & Experience:12+ years of IT experience with at least 8+ years in ServiceNow platform delivery.Minimum 4 yrs of solid hands-on experience in ServiceNow platforms with excellent communication skills.Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow Platform, with a focus on Platform AI Search.Strong proficiency in JavaScript frameworks such as Technically hands-on in UI frameworks like Angular, React with hands-on experience in HTML, CSSCreate and configure workflows based on the business requirements and best practices.Perform integration between ServiceNow and other customer business systems.Create/ Manage all SN objects like Tables, Business rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies, Script Includes, UI pages, UI macros, etc.Has experience in deploying and validating ServiceNow patches/updates and new versions of the platformHands-on proficiency in ServiceNow Platform including Scripting, integrations, ACLs, Flow designer, Scheduled jobs or equivalentSolid implementation experience in cross-system integrations using REST, Graph QL or related technologies\ Proven expertise in multiple ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, etc.Strong experience in team management, people development, and project governance.Hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, scripting, integrations, and performance optimization.Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.ITIL/ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, CAD, CTA, ITIL v3/v4) preferred.Why Jade Global?Award-winning enterprise partner (Oracle, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Boomi, and more)Diverse global culture with over 2,000 employeesHigh-growth environment with opportunities for innovation and leadershipHybrid work flexibility and inclusive leadership culture
