We are looking for an 7-10 years experienced Apache NiFi developer with strong hands-on expertise in end-to-end implementation, API integration, and 3rd-party software integrations.Position SummaryThis role provides regulatory and compliance oversight, manages escalations, andensures timely and effective resolution of issues.Key Responsibilities System Oversight: Oversee daily operation, configuration, and workflow integrity of the Avature ATS. Ensure system is optimized and follows latest regulatory and compliancestandards. Maintain strong documentation for configuration decisions, compliance updates,and standard operating procedures Looking for candidate with development experience, specific to APIimplementation, Apache and Nify. Performance Management: Monitor help desk performance metrics and coach team members to deliver highservice levels. Develop and implement engagement and development initiatives for the Avaturehelp desk team. Provide ongoing feedback and facilitate team reviews. Escalation & Issue Resolution: Act as an escalation point for complex or high-impact issues. Lead efforts for efficient troubleshooting and resolution in partnership withtechnical teams. Coordinate timely incident response to minimize business disruptions. Compliance & Regulatory Updates: Monitor regulatory changes affecting ATS operations and ensure proper systemupdates. Collaborate with stakeholders to interpret policy changes and drive compliance. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with HR, IT, and Recruiting to ensure Avature aligns with businessneeds and industry best practices. Guide team on integrating Avature with other HR platforms as needed. Continuous Improvement: Research and recommend improvements to optimize system performance anduser experience. Lead special projects and process improvements for the ATS and relatedworkflows.Job Details🕒 Shift: US Shift🌍 Location: Remote (India)💰 Salary: Up to ₹30 Lakhs per annum🚀 Immediate joiners preferred📩 Apply with your resume: neha.khan@sesit.in
