We serve a wide range of clients, including car owners, fleet owners, manufacturers, Insurance Brokers, and Insurers, to streamline operations, enhance customer satisfaction, and optimize repair services.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an Operation Executive at VehicleCare in Gurugram. The Operation Executive will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational activities, managing processes, analyzing performance metrics, optimizing operations, and ensuring effective communication within the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Management:Oversee daily operations related to sales, production, and service activities.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operational workflows.Ensure all operational activities are compliant with safety and quality standards.Track and manage vehicle registration, insurance, and maintenance records.Process Improvement:Analyze existing processes and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency.Implement cost-effective measures and optimize resource utilization.Customer Service:Address operational issues that impact customer satisfaction.Ensure service quality and timely delivery of vehicles and spare parts to customers.Data Management and Reporting:Maintain accurate records of operational activities, including sales, service, and stock reports.Prepare daily/weekly/monthly operational reports for management review.Team Collaboration:Support the operations team by providing guidance and resolving operational challenges.Key Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with cross-functional teams.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.?- Opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing company.- Collaborative and supportive team environment.- Continuous learning and professional development opportunities.- Competitive salary and benefits package.How To Apply:If you are passionate about it, we would love to hear from you Please submit your resume and a cover letter detailing your experience and why you are a great fit for this position.Apply Now hr@vehiclecare.in
