Create AD IDs, Email IDs and password reset. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to propose innovative solutions and enhancements to the existing IT infrastructure. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring their professional growth and development. Foster effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders across different departments to understand their requirements and address their IT needs.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (MCA/BE equivalent preferred). Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, managing desktop and server operating systems, antivirus software, security patches, and Wi-Fi devices. Strong knowledge of desktop and server operating systems , antivirus software (e.g., Defender), and security patch management. Proficiency in configuring and managing Wi-Fi devices, ensuring secure and reliable wireless connectivity. Excellent troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve technical issues related to desktop and server operating systems, antivirus software, and security patches. Solid understanding of IT security principles and best practices. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Leadership qualities with the ability to provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. Certifications will be added preference
