Join our dynamic team of creators, thinkers, and visual magicians.Role OverviewWe're looking for a visionary Blender Artist with strong expertise in 3D design, animation, and video storytelling. You will lead the visual direction of high-impact presentation and video projects, working at the intersection of creative imagination and technical execution. From ideation to final render, your art direction will elevate our clients’ brands across pitches, corporate films, and immersive storytelling.Key ResponsibilitiesCreative Leadership: Guide the 3D design and animation vision for high-end video projects.Art Direction: Define the look and feel of animations, environments, characters, and motion design elements using Blender.Storyboarding: Collaborate with copywriters, scriptwriters, and visual teams to create compelling narrative-driven videos.Team Collaboration: Work closely with motion designers, video editors, and presentation designers to ensure consistent visual language.Client Interaction: Present ideas, take feedback constructively, and push creative boundaries while aligning with client objectives.Asset Development: Lead the creation of 3D models, textures, lighting setups, and compositions within Blender.Quality Control: Maintain high visual standards and review final outputs for polish, coherence, and impact.Requirements5+ years of experience in motion graphics, 3D design, and animation with a strong portfolio.Advanced proficiency in Blender; knowledge of other tools like After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Adobe Suite is a bonus.Strong understanding of design principles, storytelling, lighting, texturing, and cinematic composition.Experience working in fast-paced agency or production environments.Ability to lead and mentor junior artists and motion designers.A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with an eye for detail and quality.
