Location: AhmedabadExperience: 4–10 YearsQualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)Shift Timing: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM (IST)About the RoleWe are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant with strong experience in end-to-end accounting, financial reporting, and financial analysis. The role involves managing core accounting activities while supporting management with financial insights, planning support, and performance tracking.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end accounting operations including GL, AP, AR, fixed assets, and month-end close.Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with applicable standards.Perform variance analysis on actuals vs budget and provide explanations to management.Support budgeting and forecasting activities in coordination with business teams.Prepare MIS, management reports, and financial dashboards.Monitor costs, margins, and cash flows and highlight key financial trends.Support statutory audit, internal audit, and compliance requirements.Handle and lead a team of 7–10 members.Ensure adherence to internal controls, policies, and financial governance.Skills & CompetenciesCA with Indian Accounting experience is eligible for this role.Good understanding of financial analysis, budgeting support, and MIS reporting.Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; ERP exposure (SAP/Oracle/Tally) preferred.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.High accuracy, attention to detail, and ownership mindset.Preferred ProfileChartered Accountant (CA) – MandatoryExperience in Accounting, Finance Operations, or Corporate FinanceExposure to growing or multi-entity organizations is an advantage
