Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Social Media Manager. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media marketing strategies, creating and managing content, optimizing social media engagement (SMO), and delivering consistent, engaging communication across all platforms. The role also includes monitoring analytics to measure success and identify opportunities for growth while collaborating with other team members to ensure online presence aligns with the company's brand values. Qualifications Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to drive engagement and growthStrong Communication and Writing skills with the ability to craft clear, engaging messagesExperience in developing and executing effective Content Strategies for diverse audiencesKnowledge of social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data for strategic improvementsCreative thinking and proactive problem-solving abilitiesFamiliarity with legal services or professional services industries is a plusBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
