About the role:We are looking for a detail-oriented

Quality Checker

to ensure the accuracy and completeness of resumes for

healthcare professionals , including doctors and nurses. With the support of our advanced tech platform, formatting and content placement are automated—your role will be to

verify that all critical information is correctly captured and aligned with industry standards .

Key Responsibilities:Review

resumes generated by the system to ensure

all client-provided details are accurately captured .Verify

clinical experiences, research activities, teaching engagements, and leadership roles for completeness and correctness.Ensure

compliance with

medical industry standards , including licensure details, certifications, and professional affiliations.Cross-check

achievement-based bullet points, medical expertise, and patient care skills to confirm accurate representation.Identify

and flag any missing or incorrect details, ensuring

data integrity and consistency .Maintain

a high standard of accuracy in

spelling, grammar, punctuation, and medical terminology .Collaborate

with the fulfillment team to

resolve discrepancies and improve data accuracy .

Educational Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, or a related field (preferred).Experience in proofreading, editing, or quality-checking is a plus.

Requirements:Prior experience in resume screening, content verification, or quality assurance is preferred but not mandatory.Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify inconsistencies, missing details, and errors.Excellent written and verbal communication skills to ensure clarity and accuracy in documentation.Familiarity with resume formats, industry standards, and best practices is a plus.
