This position will be based in Bangalore, India.

The position

The Employer Brand Activation Specialist is responsible for developing and executing the talent attraction and employer branding strategy in India. This includes collaborating with local stake-holders in human resources, communications, and recruitment.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Advise and execute on initiatives and tactics to address talent attraction needs short and long term, considering the local market context. This could include, but is not limited to:

  • Support with local content and employee stories for "always on" campaigns

  • Create media plans to bring to life our Employer Value Proposition. 

  • Plan and execute on recruitment marketing campaigns and talent outreach events

  • Build and maintain relationships with universities, industry contacts, and other sources of potential candidates

  1. Support/manage recruitment marketing campaigns across the region related to strategic priorities and talent segments

In this role, you will have a lot of freedom to unleash and explore the full potential of our employer brand while being part of a passionate and diverse, global team.

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, we expect you to:

  • Have min. 5 years of experience working with marketing, branding, communications (preferably related to talent attraction)

  • Have experience with digital campaign management (from international marketing agency/consultancy or large international company)

  • Ideally BA or other academic degree in business, marketing, branding, communications
