TCS is looking for MS Dynamics CRM – Technical Consultant

Experience: 6-12 years

Location: PAN India


Required Technical Skill Set: Responsible for designing / Developing solution for D365 CRM


Must have skill sets:

  • In depth knowledge of Technical and functional aspects in MS Dynamics 365 CRM
  • Strong knowledge in C#, JavaScript Dynamics CRM SDK, Entity Framework
  • Strong knowledge in Power Automate, PowerApps & Module Driven Apps
  • Should have developed Workflow/Custom Workflow development and Front-End Entity Form development
  • Must have work experience in Entity Customizations and Entity View Customizations
  • Excellent documentation and articulation skills
  • Expert in deployment aspects both manual and automated
  • Good and assertive in communication and articulation skills
  • Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics CRM


Good to have skill sets:

  • Data Migration using SSIS, KingswaySoft
  • JIRA / Service Now
  • Knowledge on Azure Integration using Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus, Azure Storage etc.


Roles and responsibilities:

  • Development of assigned User stories
  • Bug analysis and fixing
  • Unit Testing in Development Environment
  • Deployment of the Solution on higher environments
  • Working on the technical debts with the guidance from Solution Architect
  • Regular update of JIRA / Azure boards
  • Performance Tuning
  • Participation in all Scrum events
