Required Skills & Qualifications: • 8+ years of hands-on backend development experience, with a strong focus on Node.js. • Deep understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), asynchronous programming, and event-driven architecture. • Experience with Express.js, RESTful APIs, and microservices-based architecture. • Proficient in working with both SQL and NoSQL databases. • Strong understanding of system design, architecture patterns, and scalability. • Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure. • Exposure to DevOps tools and practices (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes) is a strong plus. • Excellent communication skills and leadership qualities. • Proven experience mentoring developers and leading backend teams.
