We are currently seeking a dynamic Manager – Finance and Accounts, with sound knowledge of accounting principles and taxation.

 Key Duties

  • Planning, directing, and monitoring the operations of bookkeeping and financial transactions.
  • Finalizing the books of accounts and preparing the financial statements.
  • Framing, implementing, and evaluating financial policies and systems along with recommendations to the senior management.
  • Reporting to the senior management about issues concerning the company's financial performance and providing suggestions for improving the same.
  • Co-operating with the auditors by providing necessary reports, documentation & clarification for carrying out the audit.
  • Planning and managing the flow of funds by administering banking transactions and coordinating with the bank officials for various compliances
  • Recruiting and training employees, monitoring employee payroll and related statutory compliance.
  • Representing the company for all legal and statutory compliance matters and maintaining appropriate documentation for the same.
  • Preparing, implementing, and documenting the standard operating procedures of the department and reviewing its operations.
  • Preparing cost sheets for product pricing using the principals of costing and the best practices in the industry.
  • Preparing projected financial statements from time to time by analysing the business model and doing a variance analysis.

Skills & Requirements

  • Certified CA Final or CA Inter
  • Experience of 5-10 years, preferably from real estate / manufacturing setup or experience of handling family office and personal accounts.
  • Knowledge of Financial Accounting Package (Tally Prime / ERP)
  • Competent in preparing statutory reports and managing P&L
  • Requisite knowledge of Income Tax, GST & Companies Act.
