Senior-Level Workday Data Conversion Consultant (7+ Years) 🚀Summary: Leads data conversion strategy for large-scale Workday deployments, including architecture, mentorship, and client advisory.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Architecture: Define conversion approach, design transformation rules, ensure data integrity.Execution & Oversight: Mentor team; oversee complex ETL scripts; resolve critical issues; lead reconciliation.Client Leadership: Advise on data readiness; manage timelines and resources.Advanced Skills: Handle complex areas (Benefits, GL, Compensation); leverage advanced Workday tools.QualificationsBachelor’s/Master’s in technical field.7+ years in system implementation; 3+ years leading Workday conversion.Expertise in Workday architecture and data tools.SQL, PowerShell, or scripting experience is a plus (not mandatory).Proven leadership and strategy skills.
