ServiceNow Architect – SAMPro

We are seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow Architect – SAMPro and Senior ServiceNow SAMPro Deleopers to lead the design, development, and implementation and support of ServiceNow solutions within our enterprise environment. This role will focus on Software Asset Management (SAM), Hardware Asset Management (HAM), ITSM, ITOM, CMDB , and integrations with third-party applications such as Workday and Dynamics 365 . The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of IT experience , with 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow platform expertise , and a strong background in Health Sciences and Biosciences IT environments .Essential ResponsibilitiesServe as a subject matter expert (SME) in ServiceNow SAMPro, HAM, ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB , providing strategic direction and hands-on expertise.Architect, develop, integrate, and implement ServiceNow solutions , ensuring scalability and alignment with business needs.Customize and enhance ServiceNow workflows, forms, UI components, and business rules to support enterprise IT initiatives.Integrate ServiceNow HAM with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager and other asset management tools.Design, code, debug, document, and maintain custom applications and integrations within the ServiceNow platform.Create and manage reports, dashboards, homepages, and database views to provide actionable insights to IT leadership.Lead platform upgrades, feature adoption, and new module implementations to optimize ServiceNow utilization.Collaborate with stakeholders, engineering teams, and product owners to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Establish coding standards, governance models, and best practices to ensure system integrity and compliance.Work closely with ServiceNow, Inc. to align enterprise roadmaps with the latest platform capabilities.Monitor and enhance the performance, compliance, and security posture of ServiceNow applications.Develop work instructions, technical documentation, and knowledge base articles to support internal teams.Escalate complex platform issues and work directly with ServiceNow, Inc. for resolution.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).10+ years of IT experience , with at least 5-7 years of hands-on ServiceNow platform administration, development, and implementation .Proven ServiceNow architecture and implementation expertise, particularly in SAMPro, HAMPro, ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB .Experience with custom development, scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript), UI Builder, and automation workflows .Strong integration experience with Workday, Dynamics 365, Active Directory, Jira, Salesforce, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) .Deep understanding of ITIL processes , asset management lifecycle, and regulatory compliance in Health Sciences and Biosciences industries (e.g., HITRUST, 21 CFR Part 11 ).Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to lead cross-functional teams , mentor developers, and drive platform innovation.Preferred Certifications (a plus)ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – SAM/HAMITIL v3 or ITIL 4 Foundation CertificationWhy Join Us?Opportunity to lead enterprise-level ServiceNow initiatives in a mission-driven Health Sciences & Biosciences environment.Work with cutting-edge ServiceNow technology , driving automation and digital transformation.Collaborative and innovative culture with growth opportunities .If you are a ServiceNow expert looking to make a significant impact in a highly regulated industry, we'd love to hear from you Apply today.
