About the Role The ideal candidate will possess a strong techno skill set with extensive experience in Oracle HCM cloud applications, playing a crucial role in developing and managing HCM BI and OTBI reports and dashboards. Responsibilities Candidate should be possessing strong Techno skill set with a minimum of 8-14 years of working experience in Oracle HCM cloud application. Should be proficient in developing secured HCM BI and OTBI Reports/Dashboards. Should have good experience in developing HCM Extracts, ETL Jobs and Fast formula. Should have good experience in doing data uploads via HDL/HSDL templates. Should have good understanding of HCM roles, security and customizing workflow. Knowledge on various customization tools would be a plus. Should have excellent analytical and debugging skills. Good at documentation, testing and migrating objects into production. Good Communication skill and effectively dealing with business team. Qualifications Minimum of 8-14 years of working experience in Oracle HCM cloud application. Required Skills Proficiency in developing secured HCM BI and OTBI Reports/Dashboards. Experience in developing HCM Extracts, ETL Jobs and Fast formula. Experience in data uploads via HDL/HSDL templates. Understanding of HCM roles, security and customizing workflow. Excellent analytical and debugging skills. Strong documentation and testing skills.
