We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Canva and Photoshop Designer to join our team. This is a remote position with working hours aligned with US timings.Key Responsibilities:Design and create visually compelling graphics, illustrations, and layouts for various digital and print mediums using Canva and Adobe Photoshop.Work on branding materials, social media posts, website graphics, flyers, brochures, and other marketing materials.Collaborate with the marketing team to create designs aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.Make revisions and updates to designs as required by stakeholders.Ensure all design deliverables are of the highest quality, with attention to detail and deadlines.Stay updated on the latest design trends and tools to enhance the quality and creativity of work.Requirements:Proven experience using Canva and Adobe Photoshop (portfolio required).Strong design skills with a creative and innovative mindset.Ability to work independently and manage multiple design tasks with tight deadlines.Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to work.A good understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design principles.Experience with other design tools (Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) will be a plus.Must have a keen eye for detail and consistency in design.Willingness to work ES timings (6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST).What We Offer:Competitive salary with the potential for growth.Quarterly performance appraisals and incentives based on performance.Opportunity to work in a dynamic and creative team.Flexible work environment (remote work possible).Exposure to international clients and projects.How to Apply:Please share your CV and portfolio showcasing your Canva and Photoshop designs to sarthak.quantumit@gmail.com.Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis, and shortlisted candidates will be contacted for an interview.We look forward to seeing your creative work
