Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming sales inquiries via email, phone, and website leads.
  • Prepare and send quotations, proforma invoices, and follow-up for closures.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree (B.Com / BBA / BA / Any graduate; MBA preferred but not mandatory).
  • 13 years of experience in internal sales, telesales, or customer support.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of CRM or ERP software is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive approach.
