Role

Lead the AI Center of Excellence (CoE) to foster innovation and excellence in AI-based solutions. This role requires a dynamic, visionary leader with deep technical expertise and a strong business acumen to deliver impactful AI-driven solutions across diverse domains.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the AI strategy aligned with RMSI's business goals and implement
  • across business verticals.
  • Lead the development and deployment of AI/ML models and solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI into existing solutions and services.
  • Ensure scalability, performance, and business impact of AI solutions.
  • Drive research and experimentation in machine learning, deep learning, computer vision, and predictive analytics.
  • Establish best practices and governance frameworks for AI development and deployment.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand needs and translate them into AI solutions.
  • Present progress, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership and external stakeholders.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing team of data scientists, ML engineers, and domain experts.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Skills & Qualification

  • B.Tech/M.Tech degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 15+ years of overall experience, with at least 6 years in AI/ML, or data science roles.
  • Proven experience in leading AI initiatives or Centers of Excellence in a corporate environment.
  • Strong programming and ML toolkit knowledge (Python, TensorFlow, etc.)
  • Strong knowledge of ML algorithms and OCR/NLP tools.
  • Experience with cloud AI platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
  • Demonstrated success in developing and deploying AI solutions at scale.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in client engagement and cross-functional collaboration.
