Job SummaryWe’re looking for a Growth Marketer who is equally strong in brand storytelling and performance marketing. You’ll build the RuDo narrative across all channels, define how people perceive our brand, and execute measurable growth campaigns to drive adoption.This is a unique role where you will operate as a one-person marketing engine, driving both the creative and the analytical sides of marketing. You'll work directly with founders across brand, content, acquisition, and retention.1. Brand Positioning & StorytellingShape how RuDo is perceived across all touchpoints.Build a clear, trust-driven communication style for NRIs.Develop brand narratives around global + India investing, wealth building, and cross-border financial life.Ensure messaging stays premium, consistent, and emotionally relevant.2. Growth & Performance MarketingPlan and run campaigns on Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.Optimize CAC, activation rate, and ROI.Build landing pages and run A/B tests to improve conversions.Lead ASO and app-store messaging for downloads and trust.3. Content LeadershipCreate monthly content calendars for Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.Write scripts, hooks, captions, and educational content.Oversee creators and influencers in the NRI + finance space.Maintain a premium visual identity with the design team.4.
