Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Bartender role located in Mumbai. The Bartender will be responsible for crafting and serving drinks with precision and creativity, engaging with guests to provide exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. Additional responsibilities include handling cash transactions accurately, managing inventory, and collaborating with the team to deliver a seamless dining experience. Qualifications Proven experience in Bartending, with strong knowledge of drink recipes and mixing techniquesExcellent Customer Service and Communication skills to ensure a welcoming and pleasant guest experienceExperience with Food & Beverage operations, paired with an understanding of hospitality standardsProficiency in Cash Handling and managing transactions efficientlyAttention to detail, ability to multitask, and a proactive approachPrevious experience in customer-facing roles within the hospitality industry is a plusAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
