We are seeking an experienced Senior Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) to help shape our HR strategy, craft scalable policies, and partner closely with leadership to support our growing teams.Role OverviewExperience: 7-10 YearsLocation: OMR, Chennai, IndiaMode of Work: Work from Officewww.wings.designThe Senior HR Business Partner will act as a strategic advisor to leadership while overseeing core HR functions including talent management, HR operations, and recruitment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys building frameworks from the ground up, and understands the unique needs of creative organizations.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic HR PartnershipPartner with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals and growth plansAdvise leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and change managementBuild and refine people policies that support scalability, compliance, and cultureTalent ManagementDesign and implement performance management, learning & development, and succession planning frameworksSupport employee engagement, career development, and retention initiativesCoach managers on performance, feedback, and employee relationsHR Operations & Policy DevelopmentDevelop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooksEnsure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and best practicesOversee employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, and HR systemsRecruitment & Workforce PlanningLead end-to-end recruitment strategy in partnership with hiring managersSupport employer branding initiatives aligned with a creative, design-led cultureOptimize hiring processes to attract top design, technical, and leadership talentQualifications & Experience8+ years of progressive HR experience, including time as an HR Business Partner or in a senior HR roleStrong experience in talent management, HR operations, and recruitmentProven ability to build HR policies and frameworks in a growing or scaling organizationSolid knowledge of employment laws and HR best practicesExperience working with creative, design, tech, or professional services firms is a strong plusSkills & CompetenciesStrategic mindset with hands-on execution abilityStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsAbility to balance business needs with employee experienceHigh level of discretion, integrity, and emotional intelligenceComfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environmentsWhy Join Us?Opportunity to shape HR strategy and policies in a growing design firmHigh visibility role with direct impact on culture and business outcomesCollaborative, creative, and people-first environmentCompetitive compensation and benefits📩 Interested candidates are encouraged to apply via LinkedIn with their resume and a brief cover note.
