Role Description:
- This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Change Manager at Space Inventive.
- The role is based in Hyderabad, with the possibility of some remote work.
The Senior Change Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to analytical skills, stakeholder engagement, stakeholder management, program management, and business transformation.
About the Role:
We need a highly motivated and experienced Communications and Change Management Leader to join our team.
In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of communication and change management strategies for a large team of PhD Data Scientists and Statisticians.
You will work closely with senior management to ensure that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the change process.

- As the Communications and Change Management Leader, you will be responsible for:.

- Communicating the change effectively to all stakeholders, ensuring clarity and transparency.
- Providing training and support to employees to help them adapt to the changes.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive communication and change management strategies and plans that align with business objectives.
- Lead and manage the execution of change initiatives, ensuring effective communication, stakeholder engagement, and risk mitigation.
- Partner with senior management, project teams, and other stakeholders to identify and address potential challenges and resistance to change.
- Develop and deliver effective communication materials, including presentations, reports, and other documentation, tailored to various audiences.
- Design and implement training programs to support employees through the change process.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication and change management initiatives, making adjustments as needed.
- Stay ahead of industry best practices and emerging trends in communications and change management.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Active stakeholder engagement is critical for the success of any change initiative.
- You will collaborate with diverse stakeholders across the organization, including senior management, data scientists, statisticians, and other teams, to understand their needs, concerns, and expectations.
- By fostering open communication and collaboration, you will ensure that all stakeholders are aligned with the change objectives and contribute to its successful implementation.

Required Skills and Experience:

- Strong understanding of change management methodologies and frameworks, such as Prosci ADKAR.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with data scientists and statisticians is a plus.

- Change management certification (e.g, CCMP, Prosci).
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
