Has an in-depth knowledge of Cisco routers, switches, access points, and network hardware with Service Delivery experienceJob Summary: - Knowledge of Cisco products such as routers, switches and firewalls - Knowledge of Palo Alto products such as Firewalls and VPN - Working knowledge of BGP, EIGRP, DNS, DHCP, ARP and PIM - Takes a lead role in serving on teams in clearly defining, with the customer, more complex requirements, deliverables and timeframes. Escalate issues and make recommendations to resolve them to the appropriate audience. - Takes a lead role conducting more complex root cause analysis to identify and resolve complex problems impacting IT Infrastructure. - Takes a lead role to develop and/or deliver technical training in complex technical areas. May mentor less experienced team members in the execution of their duties. - Takes a lead role in completing more complex project tasks to enable the on time, within budget and scope delivery of IT Infrastructure projects. - Assure compliance to required standards, procedures, guidelines and processes. - Other duties as assigned or requested.Experience Required: - Knowledge on networking; routing and switching technologies. - 9 to 15 years of experience in Network technology and Network security with Service delivery experience. - CCNA, CCNP or Networking certification are mandatory. - Significant technical knowledge and experience with hands on troubleshooting. - Fundamental analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills are required. - Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure and adhere to strict deadlines. - Good organizational and follow up skills are a must. QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent Shift Details: Ready to work in 3pm to 12 am shift.
