· Prior experience in reviewing and redlining commercial contracts based on client playbooks preferred. 

· Basic understanding of contracts law.

Role Summary:

The candidate will be responsible for providing contract support (drafting, reviewing, and redlining) across the globe.

The candidate should demonstrate strong learning curve and be able to work with minimal supervision. This person must be able to work in a fast-paced environment across time zones, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, timely and efficient. Strong English written and verbal communication skills, decision making ability and attention to detail are equally important.

Primary Duties: `

· Accurate and timely drafting, reviewing, and redlining of contracts from multiple jurisdictions and business lines.

· Regular and accurate updating of the workflow management tool.

· Supporting ad-hoc projects and initiatives that may be allocated from time to time.

Expectations:

· Be sensitive to client deadlines – effortlessly manage deadlines and competing priorities without delay or compromising on quality.

· Be able to follow training plans and manuals, process maps and SOPs to provide timely and accurate delivery of services.

· Have good judgment skills for timely escalation, internally and with clients.

· Be proactive and strive to develop self-knowledge and skills to stay relevant.

· Have strong interpersonal skills.

· Be dependable with strong work ethic.

Required Skills:

· Demonstrate strong learning curve and agility.

· Should be clear on contractual concepts. Experience in reviewing NDAs and other agreements would be an additional bonus.

· Has Microsoft Office skills: basic MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, MS Teams.

· Must have good oral and written communication skills.

· Must be familiar with working on workload management tools.

· Must work as a team player.
