About the role

Your Impact as Marketing Manager Construction

I. PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Responsible for planning, implementing, and managing marketing strategies to promote our solutions. Be a sales enabler by identifying target markets, developing marketing campaigns, and monitoring the effectiveness of marketing efforts.

II. ROLE DESCRIPTION

Analyze market data and customer insights to strengthen our marketing strategies, identify opportunities for growth, and stay updated on industry trends. Conduct competitor analysis to stay updated on industry developments. Formulate and execute annual Marketing Plan with an outside-in perspective in alignment with Area Sales Managers, Segment Managers and Global Marketing teams. Manage regional marketing budget. Customer experience: Mapping and analyzing customer journeys to identify areas for improvement and innovation, designing and implementing customer experience strategies that align with the company's brand and business goals. Online digital marketing: operational management (content & functionality) of The Customer Engagement Platform in India and Middle East, monitor key metrics, and coordinate projects to improve its contents and functionality. Manage regional content creation - copy, images, video - for all communication channels as well as marketing collateral: manage stock of brochures, presentations, and promotional items. Lead process to update existing material. Fairs and exhibitions: maintain an overview of company presence in relevant events, serve as contact person with the organizers, manage stand design process, carry out post-event analysis to assess its success vs predefined objectives.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

Relevant Experience: Strategic (not only communication) Marketing, preferably in a B2B company or an agency working for B2B clients.

Total Experience: 8+ Years.

Educational Requirements: Bachelor or Masters's degree with a focus on Marketing & Communication or equivalent proved working experience.

Skills:

Strong strategic thinking to develop and execute effective marketing strategies.

Analytical skills: analyze marketing data, measure campaign performance, and make data-driven decisions.

Well organized, strong attention to detail, able to manage several projects simultaneously.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Native-level proficiency in English.
