About the Role: We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled IFS FSM Solution Architect to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for designing, implementing, and optimizing IFS Field Service Management solutions for our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Solution Architecture & Design:
    • Design and architect comprehensive IFS FSM solutions to meet client business requirements.
    • Develop detailed solution blueprints, technical specifications, and implementation plans.
    • Provide expert guidance on best practices for IFS FSM implementation and configuration.
    • Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with industry standards.
  • Implementation & Configuration:
    • Lead the implementation of IFS FSM projects, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
    • Configure and customize IFS FSM modules to meet specific client needs.
    • Oversee data migration, system integration, and testing activities.
    • Provide technical support and troubleshooting during implementation and post-implementation phases.
  • Client Engagement & Consulting:
    • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business challenges and providing tailored solutions.
    • Conduct workshops and presentations to gather requirements and demonstrate IFS FSM capabilities.
    • Provide training and knowledge transfer to client teams.
    • Manage client expectations and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Technical Leadership:
    • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to project teams.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest IFS FSM releases and industry trends.
    • Contribute to the development of internal knowledge base and best practices.
    • Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
  • Project Management Support:
    • Assist project managers in planning, executing, and monitoring project activities.
    • Identify and mitigate technical risks and issues.
    • Ensure effective communication and collaboration within project teams.
    • Support in estimations for future projects.
  • IFS Cloud/Apps10 Knowledge:
    • Implement and have deep knowledge of IFS Cloud or IFS Apps10.
    • Understand the differences between the versions, and the best practices for each.
  • Skills Required:
    • Extensive experience in IFS Field Service Management (FSM) implementation and configuration.
    • Strong understanding of IFS FSM modules and functionalities.
    • Proven experience in leading end-to-end IFS FSM implementation projects.
    • In depth knowledge of IFS Cloud, or IFS Apps10 Implementation.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
    • Experience with database management and SQL.
    • Knowledge of integration technologies and web services.
    • Ability to work in a hybrid work environment.
  • Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • 8+ years of experience as an IFS FSM Solution Architect or similar role.
    • IFS certifications are highly desirable.
    • Must be able to join within 30 days or immediately.
