Job Title: Graphics Designer & Social Media Content Creator

Location: Onsite – Kharadi, Pune

Shift: EST hours (6:30 PM IST – 3:30 AM IST)

Type: Full-time (NO Remote)

🚀 About the Role

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphics Designer & Social Media Content Creator who can design high-impact banners, posters, and short videos tailored for platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

🎨 What You’ll Do

  • Create engaging social media content (images, videos, motion graphics).
  • Design with a strong focus on branding, messaging, and color palettes.
  • Deliver eye-catching visuals that align with marketing goals.
  • Work with AI tools to generate banners, posters, and short videos.

🛠️ Tools & Skills We’re Looking For

  • Must Have: Expertise in Canva, CapCut, Veo3, Nano Banana (or similar AI tools).
  • Good to Have: Knowledge of gamma.app for presentation design.
  • Bonus Skills: Experience with advanced tools like Descript, HeyGen, Synthesia, Tavus.
  • Strong understanding of branding principles and marketing design strategy.
  • Excellent portfolio showcasing creative social media designs and videos.
