We are seeking a highly motivated Investor Relations Associate to support our lead investor relations team in managing and strengthening relationships with investors. This role involves coordinating investor communications, organizing engagement events, conducting investor analytics, and assisting in fundraising initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and a background in wealth management or investor relations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Support in managing transparent and consistent communication with current and prospective investors.

- Address investor queries promptly and professionally.

- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of investor concerns and feedback to enhance engagement strategies.

- Assist in developing technology tools and applications to improve investor relationship management.

- Build and foster a strong investor community, managing a base of over 1,000 HNIs.

- Plan and execute investor relations events, including meetings, webinars, investor conferences, and one-on-one calls.

- Collaborate with internal teams to create presentations and materials for investor events.

- Conduct in-depth analysis and profiling of investors to understand key demographics and behaviors.

- Develop targeted engagement strategies for different investor segments.

- Utilize analytics tools to track investor engagement and optimize communication strategies.

- Support fundraising initiatives by preparing materials, presentations, and proposals.

- Work closely with the investment team to understand funding needs and engage with potential investors.

- Where required, lead fundraising discussions and close deals with investors.

Skills and Qualifications Required:

- 2-5 years of experience in wealth management, investor relations, or a similar field.

- CA (Chartered Accountant) qualification or an MBA from a reputed institute.

- Strong knowledge of investor engagement strategies and tools.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects effectively.

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive insights from data.

- Proven experience in organizing and managing investor events and engagements.

- High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.

- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build lasting investor relationships.

- Maturity and confidence to engage with various investors, including HNIs, institutional investors, Banks, and NBFCs.
