Role Snapshot
Join the founding team to experiment with LLMs, vector databases, and agent frameworks. You'll ship real prototypes, learn MLOps best practices, and see your code in production-grade AI pipelines.
What You'll Work On
- Assist in building small-scale RAG or agent proof-of-concepts.
- Write Python scripts to ingest data, generate embeddings, and query vector stores.
- Help integrate model endpoints into API services and desktop UI hooks.
- Set up evaluation notebooks, logging dashboards, and automated tests.
- Pair with senior AI engineers during code reviews and weekly sprint demos.
What We're Looking For
- Solid Python foundations and exposure to at least one ML framework.
- Coursework or projects in NLP, LLMs, or information retrieval.
- Familiarity with basic DevOps (Git, Docker) and cloud concepts.
- Eagerness to learn fast, ask questions, and iterate rapidly.
- Clear written and spoken communication for remote teamwork.
Interview Process
- Founder Call – 30 min chat on background, goals, culture fit.
- Paid Take-Home Task – 24 h mini RAG or agent demo.
- Director Round – 30 min discussion of your solution and internship roadmap.
Internship Perks
