Roles & Responsibilities:

✔ Minimum 1.5 years of hands-on experience in SDP/ Service Now tool

✔ Expertise in issue handling related to asset management, asset scan, deletion, movement, and classification

✔ Ability to raise cases with OEM when required

✔ Team management skills and strong communication abilities

✔ ITIL Process and My sql is added advantage


Note – Kindly look for ITAM Profile who has worked in Service Now or SDP tool with experience in ITIL Process
