The consultant will analyze existing ECC procurement reports, define functional requirements for S/4HANA, and ensure accurate and efficient reporting while collaborating with global teams.Key Responsibilities:Review ECC procurement and trade reports and determine rebuild requirements in S/4HANA.Analyze S/4HANA procurement tables and CDS views (EKPO, EKKO, MSEG/MKPF replacements, Purchase Requisition, Purchase Orders, Vendor master, Pricing conditions, GR/IR).Develop functional specifications for procurement reporting, including:Procurement spendPO/PR trackingVendor debitSupplier performanceGoods receipts / invoice receiptsGR/IR reconciliationIdentify required data attributes for procurement reporting in the Global Data Lake (GDL).Conduct unit testing for procurement processes and support SIT/UAT.Validate downstream reporting in BI/Qlik based on S/4HANA procurement data.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (FICO + Procurement) on processes impacting GR/IR, Invoice Verification, and Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) cycles.Support migration activities for Singapore and Mexico procurement scenarios.Required Skills & Experience:Strong expertise in SAP MM / Procurement modules and S/4HANA reporting.Experience in functional specification creation, reporting rebuilds, and testing.Knowledge of PO/PR tracking, GR/IR reconciliation, invoice verification, and P2P cycles.Hands-on experience with BI/Qlik reporting based on S/4HANA data.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Flexible to work US overlap hours as needed.Why Join Us:Work on a high-impact global procurement transformation project.Collaborate with cross-functional and multinational teams.Gain exposure to S/4HANA procurement reporting and global rollout scenarios.
