Process management: Manage the end-to-end hiring process, provide follow-up to candidates, and maintain recruitment records. Metrics and reporting: Track hiring metrics like time-to-hire, analyze recruitment performance, and report on hiring progress. Candidate experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process and use feedback surveys to improve processes
