Job Title: Bench Sales Recruiter/ Sales Executive – Cogent University Team

Location: Remote (Full-time)

Work Hours: 6:30 PM IST – 3:30 AM IST (Monday – Friday)

Cogent University, part of Cogent Infotech, is committed to developing top IT talent and connecting them with leading opportunities across the U.S. We are expanding our University Team and looking for an experienced Bench Sales Recruiter/ Sales Executive to join us in driving successful placements.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Market and place consultants (US Citizens & Green Card holders) from the bench with direct clients and prime vendors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, vendors, and clients.
  • Actively identify suitable job opportunities through job portals, networking, and vendor connections.
  • Negotiate contract terms, rates, and close deals effectively.
  • Maintain accurate activity and placement records.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.


Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT Staffing/Bench Sales.
  • Proven track record of working with Direct Clients and Prime Vendors.
  • Strong experience placing GCs and US Citizens.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with U.S. tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and employment regulations.
