Our client, a leading American multinational manufacturer of confectionery and pet food, is looking for a Project Lead / Manager for delivering a portfolio of business critical and complex business projects through cross-functional teams.Responsibilities: Lead & facilitate execution of Projects - Growth, Strategic Initiatives, VL of multiple Brands. Maintain accurate records & documentation of discussion points aligned in ATG. Create & manage the project timelines basis project complexity & assign stake holders post alignment. Build and lead effective project teams, and problem solving while managing or supporting projects Track and monitor projects from new products development through to execution Demonstrate ownership for Continuous Improvement Develop collaborative relationships across all stakeholder and project teams using organizational agility &conflict management skills to proactively manage and mitigate issues Communicate with key stakeholder communities ensuring transparency to project status, issues andrecommendations Communicate effectively – Provide clear instructions & align actions with ATG members Manage back-end readiness of Projects with the core team – Codes readiness, BOM update Maintaining data in PPM tool as per gate progression for accurate sufficiency.Skills RequiredSkills:- Data Control, Planning and Organizing- Project Risk and Issue Management- Project Schedule Management- Project Scope Management- Project Tracking and Reporting- Stakeholder Expectation Management- Verbal Communication Competencies required for this role:- Communicates Effectively- Ensures Accountability- Manages Complexity- Optimizes Work Processes- Customer focus- Stakeholder Management
